Our Hog or Lamb Roast
All our Pigs will be cooked to perfection in one of our purpose built roasting machines.
ensuring the meat is always served succulent and tender.
Whilst roasting, the hot
meat gives off an aroma which stimulates your taste buds and creates a healthy appetite
and welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests. Our Pork and Lamb is supplied locally,
assuring not only freshness to our clients but also supporting British meat and local
businesses.
We always supply
local free range meat
Our Pigs and Lambs are always cooked fresh on the day of the event. We start roasting them on our premises, continue cooking on the way to the event, (we aim to arrive at the venue two hours before serving) and finish off roasting at the venue, where guests, as they arrive will smell the wonderful aroma of the sizzling feast.

Package 3: OUR COMPLETE PACKAGE (Let us do everything)
We will Arrive, Set up, Cook, Carve and Serve the pig with a chef and one additional
person to serve.

Included....150 rolls, Apple Sauce, Crackling, Disposable Plates, Serviettes, Sauces,
Condiments.

Below are our packages, these can of course be altered or amended to suit your requirements.
For smaller events we can supply smaller pigs, half a pig or large legs, spit roasted
in just the same way as a whole pig
Please note: The prices below are fully inclusive
prices, no extra VAT
Package 1: We will provide a chef to carve the meat for you. You provide everything else.
This option is available with a whole pig or lamb.
Our chef will normally arrive
around two hours before serving, He will Set up, Finish off cooking and then Carve
the meat for you at the requested time.
